Our electrodes are manufactured from Titanium Sheet, Mesh, Plate, Rod, Wire, Tube,
Pipe and combinations of these, confirming to ASTM B 265, 348 & 337 or 338 gr.1 & 2.
Electrodes are coated with platinum group precious metal mixed oxide and/or platinum
with a minimum thickness of 6-micron.
Bi-polar, Mono-polar & Reverse polarization cell designs are also in our scope.
We design cell voltage between 3.5 to 4.5.
Life guarantee for DSA (precious metal oxide mix) coating is 5 years, depending on
current density and material construction (sheet, mesh or pipe).
The Reverse Polarity cell is guaranteed up to 10,000 hours of operation, depending
on operating conditions (e.g., swimming pools).

Tiaano™ is a miniaturized system for producing chlorine which is installed
alongside your pool filtration unit. It consists of a compact control panel
and an electrolytic chlorinator cell based on the latest technology.
Chlorinator systems are designed for disinfection of drinking and swimming pool
water, odor control of slime and marine growths in cooling water towers,
circulating water and service water systems. They are also used on board ships,
in campers, sports centers and health care facilities.
Whenever seawater or freshwater is utilized in an engineering process such as a
Power Station, Petrochemical Works or Refinery, biological fouling is an ever-present
cause for treatment. Bio-fouling restricts the cooling flow at CW pump intakes, in
pipe runs and reduces heat transfer across heat exchangers and condensers, thereby
reducing the efficiency of the process.
Electrochlorinator manufactured by Ti Anode Fabricators Pvt Ltd, India will keep
the intakes free of bio-fouling, maintain the efficiency of heat transfer, and
reduce system life cycle costs with extended equipment life.

acid machines, focusing on production and research and development. The DB series
of big health products developed and produced by the company include: slightly
acidic electrolyzed water equipment and disinfection robots.
Sanitation chemicals distributed in concentrated form are toxic and can be
hazardous. Contact with skin or inhalation of fumes can cause irritation.
These risks do not exist with hypochlorous acid. Electrolyzed water systems
generate hypochlorous acid from just table salt, water and electricity.
Sewage treatment is the process of removing contaminants from wastewater,
primarily from household sewage. It includes physical, chemical, and
biological processes to remove these contaminants and produce
environmentally safe treated wastewater (or treated effluent). A by-product
of sewage treatment is usually a semi-solid waste or slurry, called sewage
sludge, that has to undergo further treatment before being suitable for
disposal or land application.
Industrial wastewater treatment covers the mechanisms and processes used to
treat wastewater that is produced as a by-product of industrial or commercial
activities. After treatment, the treated industrial wastewater (or effluent)
may be reused or released to a sanitary sewer or to surface water in the
environment.
Most industries produce some wastewater, although recent trends in the
developed world have been to minimize such production or recycle such
wastewater within the production process. However, many industries remain
dependent on processes that produce wastewaters.
It is noted that HHO gas enhances the combustion process through increasing
engine thermal efficiency and reducing the specific fuel consumption. Comparing
HHO gas to commercial gasoline fuel, HHO is extremely efficient in terms of
fuel chemical structure.
The EASIEST thing to do is to buy a ruler marked off in HO scale feet and you
just measure 3 HO scale feet with it. But HO is essentially 1:87, so for your
three foot sidewalk, divide 3 by 87 to get 0.41 inches, or a bit less than
1/2 inch wide.
